Curelink Transfers Doctor-Led Health Business to No-Guilt Platform, Operating Under the Brand Name Cureverse. Curelink refocuses entirely on Disha, its AI-first health coaching platform

Curelink, an AI health technology company, today announced the completion ofthe transfer of its doctor-led, human-powered health coaching business to the No-Guilt platform, effective February 1, 2026. The transferred business will now operate under the brand name Cureverse within the No-Guilt ecosystem.

About the Transition

Curelink was originally built on two distinct pillars: a doctor-led, human-powered health coaching service (staffed by qualified dietitians and fitness coaches) and Disha, an AI health coach delivering personalised care through chat and voice interfaces. As part of its strategic evolution, Curelink has transferred the entire doctor-led business, including its team and ongoing patient relationships, to No-Guilt.

All employees previously working within the doctor-led business have been smoothly transitioned to No-Guilt’s payroll as of February 1, 2026. The responsibility for the ongoing care of existing patients now rests fully with No-Guilt, ensuring continuity of care with no disruption to the people they serve.

Cureverse: A New Chapter Under No-Guilt

Under No-Guilt, the doctor-led health coaching service will operate and grow under the Cureverse brand. The transition is currently in progress, with teams fully integrated and continuity of patient care as the top priority. No-Guilt is committed to maintaining the high standard of personalised, human-led health coaching that patients have come to expect.

Curelink’s Singular Focus: Disha AI Health Coach

With this transition, Curelink now operates exclusively as the company behind Disha, an AI health companion available as a standalone app on both the App Store and Google Play Store. Disha delivers personalised health coaching through intelligent chat and voice interactions, supporting users in Hindi, English, and Hinglish.

This sharpened focus allows Curelink to accelerate the development of Disha as a scalable, AI-first health platform, purpose-built for the needs of Indian users.
